Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM PT may be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times are separate from shipping times.

  • Free Shipping on Orders $75+ – Free

  • Insured Shipping & Handling – $9.95
    Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days


International Shipping

  • International Insured Shipping & Handling – $9.95
    Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers including USPS and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and operational needs.


Tracking Information

Tracking is provided for all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability to receive the package.


Delays Disclaimer

USA Product Shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • High shipping volume periods

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Failure to pay these fees may result in delays, returns, or disposal of the package, for which USA Product Shop is not responsible.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, USA Product Shop is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • If tracking shows “delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier to file claims.

  • Choosing insured shipping provides additional protection.


Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

USA Product Shop is not liable for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages returned due to address issues

If a package is returned, reshipping fees will apply.


Returned, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to:

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to claim the package

  • Incorrect address

The customer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees

  • Any reshipping costs


Returns & Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in good, resellable condition

USA Product Shop reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USA Product Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, delivery failures, or carrier-related issues.
